Introduction

As a therapist, I specialize in working with young adults who are facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I also have a strong commitment to supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. Many of my clients come to me feeling lost or overwhelmed, unsure of how to manage their mental health or achieve their personal goals. My approach to therapy is centered on the belief that the client is the expert on their own life. My role is to offer support, guidance, and the right tools to help clients navigate their challenges and reach their full potential. I work collaboratively with each person to create a personalized therapeutic journey, focusing on healing and self-empowerment. I use a combination of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based methods. This comprehensive approach ensures that therapy is not just about addressing symptoms, but about building a foundation for lasting change and resilience. Together, we’ll work toward understanding your unique needs, identifying your strengths, and connecting you with the resources and support you deserve.
