I use EMDR, IFS, and spiritual and existential approaches to help you live more freely, joyfully, and presently in the world. Together we'll explore your environment, internal and external, with curiosity and compassion. As a trans clinician, I enjoy working with my queer community to provide affirming care. I am also available for multi-faith spiritual work. This may include spiritual or religious trauma, repair, awakening, and loss and/or meditation and energy work.
