This is what guides my work with clients. For nearly 20 years, I have worked with children, families, and professionals from all walks of life and I recognize how important it is for individuals to feel seen, heard, and understood. In the therapeutic relationship, I hope to offer a compassionate space where clients feel valued and safe to both explore the narratives that impact their lives and to work towards meaningful goals that support the transformation they seek. With self-awareness and skills, clients are empowered to create their wellness toolbox so that they can lead a life of fulfillment and wellbeing. My clinical style is holistic and integrative, drawing upon both eastern and western evidence-based practices. I utilize a strength-based approach, and weave together components of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, coaching, and mindfulness. Some of the areas I partner with clients in their healing and recovery are emotional health, spiritual wellness, relationships, stress-reduction and relaxation, self-compassion and self-worth.
