Introduction

As a counselor, I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds. My experience includes providing services for the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorder, and challenges related to life transitions. I believe that counseling is most effective when the client and clinician establish a connection that fosters honest feedback and empowers the client. My approach helps clients understand themselves and the factors affecting their well-being. Together, we foster self-awareness and acceptance to develop new strengths and restore autonomy in daily life and relationships.
