I utilize a person centered approach to deliver Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Model, Play Therapy, Behavior Modification, Psychoeducation, Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused Therapy and Crisis Management. As your counselor, my role is to help you learn effective skills that build on your own strengths, define attainable and achievable goals and recognize options that are available to you.
