Thank you for taking the time for YOU and for making a step towards living a more authentic life. You may be here because you feel stuck in a relationship at home, at work, or in multiple areas of your life. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced early trauma or were raised in a dysfunctional or toxic family environment. I also work with individuals who have experienced relational aggression (bullying, gossip, social exclusion) via friends, family or co-workers. Most of my clients are high-achieving and want to break free from living within the bounds of their early experiences or toxic relationships and would like to create a future with healthier boundaries, expression of emotions, and freedom to be their authentic selves. You may suffer from high-functioning anxiety, interpersonal or emotion regulation difficulties, boundary setting, or be a chronic "people-pleaser". I am a clinical psychologist and have owned my boutique psychological private practice for 12 years where I provide individual and family psychotherapy and DBT skills training groups. In addition to these services, I am also available to book consultation appointments for therapists on complex cases, for diagnostic or treatment clarification for patients feeling stuck in their treatment, or for legal consultations and expert witness testimonies. I also hold an appointment as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member through the Emory School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Please feel free to grab a time on my calendar for a free 15-minute consult to see if I may be a good fit for your therapy goals. *My practice is self-pay but I do provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider. You can also use a reimbursement service like Mentaya to help you use your out-of-network insurance benefits to subsidize part of the cost of therapy* *I am able to practice virtually in 42 states.
