I am a Licensed Social Work Independent Clinical (#LW61200604 WA / #LCSW107132 CA). I believe that a rich, meaning-filled life includes both incredible highs and inevitable lows. Through the lens of that belief, I trust that when individuals are able to mindfully embrace the range of ups and downs they experience in their lives with authenticity and self-compassion, true healing can occur. As someone passionate about the intersection between mental and physical health, I have prioritized supporting individuals in their journey navigating holistic, whole-person care throughout my time working in a variety of integrative clinical settings. My perspective as a therapist is informed by my values of social justice, compassion, and flexibility, and I encourage my clients to explore their own values. I enjoy and have experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with stress, newly diagnosed or chronic illness, trauma, depression, or anxiety. My primary goal is to walk beside clients on their journey of recovery while cultivating feelings of safety and strength to allow for lasting, life- enriching healing. Offerings: Individual Therapy with Adults. Approach: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. Education: California State University, Northridge, BA in Psychology, 2012 | University of Southern California, MSW in Adults & Healthy Aging, 2017, MPH in Health Education & Promotion, 2018.
