I will assist you with focusing on Self-Awareness, Personal Goals, and Emotion Processing. I utilize Empowerment Theory, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. It is my goal to help break the stigma associated with mental illness one client at a time. I offer a safe space for you to share your secrets, truths and assist you with defining what your ideal life can be. I will walk with you on your journey to learn coping skills to decrease/manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. You too can live your best life. I have over 20 years experience in the field of social services. I have been a licensed professional counselor with the state of South Carolina for over 4 years. I'm also a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist.
