Introduction

During these times of transitions, we offer TeleHealth services through online interactions. Breathe, you are not alone. Sometimes you just need someone to hear you. I'm here to listen and assist you with the issues you are experiencing. I have a passion for helping people learn to cope with and overcome the issues that are hindering their lives. In my experience with children, teens, and adults I have learned that a better outcome is possible no matter what the circumstances. I’m highly experienced with college students. Depression, family concerns, trauma, and couples are my passion. I aim to provide a new therapeutic experience. Currently offering one free session. I offer safe communication via webphone (voice and video) conferencing to remain in compliance with social distancing. If you do not feel comfortable using video we can use voice-only calls. Please contact me for more instructions. This Covid-19 season has been a life-changing experience and I'm here to help you navigate through this journey. I'm here to provide calm during the storm.
