Welcome! My name is Olivia Benoit I am aLicensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol counselor. I have worked in the substance abuse and mental health field for over nine years; I work with young adults & teens and adolescents with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and lifestyle change, adjustment disorders. I have also worked in outpatient and inpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health settings. I provide a safe, judgment-free, and compassionate environment for sharing your concerns, fears, feelings, and thoughts. I utilize a humanistic, holistic, person-centered approach and cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, harm reduction techniques, and psycho-education techniques.
