Hi, my name is Olivia and I work with teens and young adults to help build a meaningful life in the face of life's transitions, losses, and traumas. I help my clients with navigating early adulthood, life transitions, mental health wellbeing, self-exploration, self-esteem, breaking free of negative patterns, improved personal functioning, goal-setting & attainment. This may look like developing tools to help navigate the demands of every day life, processing grief and loss, or seeking support to deepen self-exploration. In my practice I help my clients evaluate their well-being and the areas they would like to see changes. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their unique needs and goals, using empathy, validation, and psychoeducation to help them develop the skills to overcome challenges and lead a more fulfilling life. Therapy sessions often includes help setting boundaries, self-exploration of maladaptive coping skills or patterns, finding self-care activities, and setting goals. To further assist in healing I enjoy incorporating whole-body therapeutic techniques, and creative modalities to aid in the development of coping tools in the here-and-now. By using our senses through expressive arts like painting, drawing, sculpting, and sensory experiences such as aromatherapy, mindfulness and the outdoors, we reconnect ourselves to the body to create the opportunity to channel the wisdom we intrinsically embody. Taking the first step to seek counseling can be daunting, but as a counselor, I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling stuck, please know that you are not alone. My aim is to help clients find meaning and purpose in their lives, and to facilitate a sense of personal growth and fulfillment. By working together we can explore the path to your healing. *For client's who prefer In-Person sessions, I am able to provide Outdoor-Talk therapy.* Supervised by Lacie Hamilton LPC-S #69862
