I specialize in the area of adolescents 18+, college students, graduate students and young adults with concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationships, school, careers, self-esteem and life transitions. I have experience working with this population in public/private schools, residential settings, community mental health clinics and private practice. I focus on the importance of building a therapeutic relationship by providing clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and process their thoughts and emotions. I believe that clients have hidden strengths which can be revealed, allowing them to have the power to make positive changes and improve their quality of their life.
