I played all kinds of sports growing up and then Division 1 tennis in college. What does this have to do with therapy? Well, I honed in on how to be persistent and create forward movement. I bring this skillset and drive with me into my therapy practice. Going at your own pace, I will help you experience the forward movement you need to bring about the peace, strength, and confidence you have been seeking. I have worked in the social work field since 2009 and graduated with my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Western Kentucky University in 2010. I now provide therapy as a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee. I have had various experiences working in the mental health field with adults, young adults, teenagers, and children. I have helped people manage challenges such as mental illness, substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions in all of these settings.
