I'm an autistic therapist looking to help others see the beauty in themselves. I love working with neurodivergent adults to help them reframe the way they look at their different abilities. I enjoy using my background in rhetoric to help clients construct meaning and identities, coordinate behavior, mediate power, and create change. Let's get to know each other and identify your strengths. I think building a curious, non-judgmental, and supportive relationship is a great way to get started. My lived experience as a late-in-life-diagnosed autistic woman has shaped the way I approach therapy with my clients. I'm very person-centered and I genuinely believe that my clients are the experts of their lives. I have experience working with a variety of serious disabling mental illnesses. I believe everyone can be successful with apt support. Reaching out for therapy is hard and I commend your strength! I feel honored for your consideration. Please reach out if you think we'd make a good team.
