Now accepting new telehealth and in-person clients. I treat my clients compassionately and holistically, addressing their mental, emotional, social, and spiritual concerns. I often see clients who feel their inner and outer worlds are chaotic and misaligned. They want to feel at peace with themselves, with others, and with the world. I practice a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach to therapy, using Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With couples, I use the Gottman Method to repair past hurts, restore intimacy, and rebuild friendship. In therapy, we process the heavy emotions (such as grief, anger, and fear) that have been sitting heavy in our bodies. We reframe the negative thought loops that have been replaying in our minds. We address the self-destructive behavioral patterns that have kept us stuck. We learn new skills and tools for self-care, healthy relationships and personal advocacy. Therapy is a non-judgmental, inclusive, and compassionate space where healing is possible. Whether recovering from trauma, coping with anxiety and depression, or struggling in your relationship, I encourage you to reach out.
