Introduction

I am Toyin, and my passion for therapy stems from my experiences working with individuals who have witnessed trauma firsthand. As a therapist, I have received specialized training in EMDR, trauma therapy from SIU School of Medicine, and CBT, to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. In addition to trauma work, I have a strong interest in relationship counseling. I have completed Gottman Level 1 Training and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) to effectively collaborate with couples and help them improve their relationships. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and couples. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where we can explore your initial concerns, set goals, and uncover your strengths and resources as you move toward what truly matters to you.
