By joining one of our groups, you’ll feel understood, accepted and encouraged by the other group members who have shared experiences and challenges. At Open Doors Therapy we can provide you with the level of support you're needing, from social skills groups and support groups, to individual counseling and parent consulting. We understand the unique challenges you are facing, and provide a supportive environment for you to develop the skills and self-awareness needed for you to achieve your personal goals. Adult life is complex. That's why our comprehensive group therapy services are like "supercharged" social skills groups.
