You’ve experienced anxiety and/or depression and don't want to feel this way forever but don't know where to begin. I also help individuals of all ages who have experienced a loss, whether of a loved one, pet, or a relationship. The waves of emotions during grief can be overwhelming. You may face the pressure to bounce back quickly, and you don't have to go through it alone. I can provide you with the necessary tools and support to get you through it.
