I treat a variety of mood disorders including depression and anxiety, as well as grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. Together, we'll create a nonjudgmental environment in which you can explore your values and goals, while learning how to use strategies to feel more self-compassionate. In our collaborative relationship, you will feel supported in your self-reflection and motivated to replace counterproductive patterns with more helpful thoughts that align with your values (what you care deep inside.) I practice CBT (replacing unhelpful thoughts), ACT (living a values-based life), and mindfulness techniques. I truly enjoy my work and believe that we all have a natural tendency towards growth if our strengths are uncovered & encouraged.
