Marriage and family therapy Pam Sturner, LMFT / LPCC
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADD/ADHD, Attachment Issues,

Introduction

I am a collaborative, strengths-based therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and a systems approach to my work. My background is in serving multi-stressed families in elementary and middle schools and a community mental health clinic. I strongly believe that our wellbeing depends not only on our biology and psychology but also on our interactions with social systems. I am passionate about helping people to find relief from the stress of navigating unsupportive systems and find joy in living as their authentic selves. I listen carefully to learn who you are and collaborate with you on a care plan based on your goals, strengths, and interests. With this as our guide, I offer you skills, ideas, and a supportive space to process past experiences, build supportive relationships, and thrive. To contact me for a free 20-minute consultation, please call or text me at (408) 940-5131 or email me at pam@pamsturner.com. I look forward to talking with you.
