Introduction

Anxious and depressive thoughts and feelings may directly affect your sense of wellbeing as well as they can spill over to negatively impact your relationships. Increasing your relationship problem solving skills and finding new ways to communicate can leave you with a sense of connectedness. Being aware of what you bring to the relationship is possible when you have increased self-confidence and self-love. My approach is individually formulated for your specific challenges, and I treat all diagnoses with an emphasis on mood disorders, relationship issues, grief/loss, substance use, and trauma. My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to enhance self-awareness, emotional expression, and acceptance. We are meant to live a productive and meaningful life. Whether you have attended therapy before or not, I encourage you to take the step to have a more meaningful life. I look forward to speaking with you.
