As a licensed professional counselor, I’ve been working with adults one-on-one in a clinical setting since 2020. I’m deeply caring, endlessly curious, and driven by a strong desire to go beyond the surface to help others better understand themselves. My approach to therapy is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on EMDR, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Emotion-Focused modalities to tailor our work together.
