Introduction

Parenting children is an incredible journey, but it can also feel overwhelming—especially during those early years when tantrums and tears seem endless. If you’re feeling stuck, take a deep breath—you’re not alone. At Enduring Roots Wellness, LLC, we’re here to help you build strong, loving connections with your little ones, creating the foundation for them to grow into happy, resilient, and confident adults. Through consultations, individual adult counseling, and hands-on parent-child sessions, We provide a safe and nurturing space for families to heal, grow, and thrive. Parenting isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll turn challenges into opportunities for meaningful connection and growth. *** Hi, I’m Pamela Stephen, the owner of Enduring Roots Wellness, LLC. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland with more than 10 years of experience working with children and families. My passion for early childhood mental health grew from my work with adults, where I saw how unaddressed childhood trauma often shaped their struggles. This inspired me to focus on the critical early years of development. I’ve completed a certificate program in infant and early childhood mental health. I am trained and certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an attachment-based approach for children aged 2 to 6. I would love to hear how I can help support you on your journey. Please contact me for a free consultation to get started.
