My approach to therapy is centered on this idea- empowering my clients to be open and adaptable in the face of life's challenges. I work with my clients to develop skills for coping with stress and anxiety, building strong relationships, and discovering their own sense of purpose. My goal is to help them live the life they want, not just the one they think they should have.
