Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and am trained in EMDR. My background includes working with individuals and groups in an intensive outpatient hospital settings. For the last three years I have been working in private practice helping those with complex trauma, anxiety, PTSD, anger, and relationship issues. I firmly believe that when our lives feel the darkest, we have the best opportunity for growth through the identification and expansion of one's strengths and capabilities.
