Hello, my name is Patricia and I am a licensed therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and parents experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients manage emotional highs and lows, build resilience, and regain a sense of stability. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where we work collaboratively to address depression, bipolar disorder, trauma responses, and anxiety-related struggles. If you or your child are seeking to feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes, I’m here to help. I believe therapy is a partnership, and together we’ll work to foster growth—whether through individual sessions, family therapy, or connecting you with additional support. Let’s take that first step together toward feeling more grounded, balanced, and in control.
