I have an interest in working with adult individuals who are faced with a variety of stressors and concerns. I draw upon several theories and treatment modalities in my work. Research suggests and professional experience highlights the centrality of the relationship between the patient/client and therapist in achieving the best results. Keeping this in mind, I see this journey as a partnership where we explore your concerns in a safe and accepting environment. Since 2014 I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of needs and realize that each individual has his/her own unique concerns and goals. It's truly a privilege for me to be a part of someone's journey. I am certified in Mind-Body Medicine, an evidence based model for addressing trauma and stress, to restore health and well-being. Reaching out for help can be challenging, confusing, and filled with uncertainty. If you're interested in finding out more, I'm happy to answer any questions or concerns that you may have prior to starting therapy!
