Introduction

I specialize in activating individuals to make positive changes to their struggles and challenges. A natural tendency of the human condition is to avoid situations that are too difficult to process. My journey with you will explore these experiences and we will collaborate on ways to move towards painful struggles, as opposed to life-long avoidance. Areas that I am most skilled in providing services are: grief and loss, overcoming fear and anxiety, depression, managing work/school stressors, gender identity issues, substance abuse, and relationship struggles. If you are experiencing any symptoms or features or psychological discomfort, help is only one click or call away.
