Introduction

From working with teens to adults, we have seen firsthand the benefits of crafting a safe and authentic space for people to process past experiences, anxiety, traumas, and other challenges. All while also learning new skills to overcome what weighs us down and manifest those changes we have dreamt of. We aren't not the “touchy feely" therapists here at Personalize Your Therapy. We partner with you to dig into what is going on together. So let’s spend some time getting you to where you want to be. If you don't know where that is, we will figure it out. Together. Finding a therapist can feel very overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. If you are looking for a safe space where you can come as you are and be your true self; I encourage you to connect with us :)
