Hi, my name is Paulina Nicholson and I am a licensed professional counselor in Fort Worth, Texas, for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and more. As a counselor, my goal is to help you take the pieces of your story and find wholeness. Together we will work to help you gain the insight and skills you need to successfully overcome life’s trials. Through the therapeutic relationship, we will work to change old patterns and begin living in new ways that lead to more effective results. In my practice, I counsel from a Christ-centered perspective, where I professionally integrate faith and psychology. However, I see clients from all backgrounds, including clients who wish to not have faith as a part of their mental health treatment, a right that I respect. Being fully seen in your most vulnerable state requires risk, but the reward is deepened connection and trust which sets the foundation for growth.
