Introduction

Hi Everyone! After holding several jobs in business and non-profit settings, I found my calling in the world of counseling. I am passionate about working with people of all ages regarding their mental, physical, social, and spiritual health. My counseling approach is to partner with you and as you seek answers to life questions and healing from past pain, grief and loss, trauma, abortion, medical trauma, broken relationships, moral injury, or spiritual wounding. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities including EFT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Somatic Awareness, Attachment theory, Parts work, Narrative Therapy, Psychoeducation, Bibliotherapy, and Spirituality if invited by the client. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I will soon be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I also hold a Masters of Divinity degree, am certified in Narrative Focused Trauma Care, and am trained in EMDR.
