I want to work with anyone who has the goal of simply wanting to feel better than they do right now. Not feeling our emotional best is exhausting, and can lead to physical health decline, so it is worth the effort to try to feel better. The causes for not feeling our best can be for many reasons or, more often, unknown. I will listen to you and help you get to know your Self. Together, we will discover the tools you need to employ in various situations to help you understand your Self and your relationships, feel more confident and calm, less anxious, and live your life to its fullest. My focus as a Counselor is on building a strong, trusting relationship above all else, which takes time, and in some cases, the willingness to try new behavior that may feel scary. It's in these moments of risk, however, that trust and understanding is developed, which can be transferred to other relationships that may be causing stress and pain.
