My great passion is to bring healing to people who have been through traumatic and stressful experiences. I help my clients who include teens, adults and families to find healthy perceptions of themselves while strengthening their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. I know that no single approach is the right one for any individual. I have been trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, and Person Centered to help fit the needs of my clients. My educational background includes a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. My educational training has led to a lifelong dedication of advocacy for my clients. I strive to use research and evidenced based techniques to enhance the counseling process. New Clients please request first appointments through Got Your Six Counseling.
