Hi! I'm Penelope and I can't wait to hear your story story and walk with you on your healing journey. I use an attachment based, client centered approach with clients. I work with both individuals and couples healing relationship wounds and healing the relationship we have with ourselves. I am also certified in perinatal mental health, helping couples and individuals in challenges throughout infertility, conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.
