I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 15 years of experience. After graduating from my doctoral program at the George Washington University in Washington, DC, I worked at the Reed College Health and Counseling Center for 12 years. I work with adult individuals in my practice in downtown Portland and via Telehealth. My approach to therapy is relational psychodynamic, meaning that I consider how our past experiences shape us- with a particular focus on relationships and emotions. I work with people around identity exploration, relationship troubles, family issues, grief and loss. My style is warm, collaborative, exploratory and non-judgmental and is oriented by a social justice perspective. I work with people of varying racial, cultural, religious, sexual, and gender identities.
