Introduction

I take a flexible, evidence-based approach to therapy, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat anxiety, depression, and trauma. CBT helps identify and reshape distorted thinking, modify core beliefs, and change unhelpful behaviors, while EMDR facilitates the processing of traumatic memories to reduce emotional distress. Through in-session work and brief weekly homework exercises, you’ll gain insight into your core needs and values, develop greater self-awareness, and build healthier relationships. While therapy can be transformative, outcomes vary, and some changes may be unexpected. Discussing difficult topics is part of the process, but I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you navigate these challenges. My goal is to guide you toward healing and personal growth with clarity, understanding, and compassion. I have experience working with both adults and adolescents. My office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. To schedule an initial diagnostic assessment or a free 15-minute phone consultation, please contact me by phone or email.
