Introduction

If you feel unloveable, or misunderstood, if you’re questioning your identity, or coping with past traumas - I can help you. I will advocate for your authentic self. I am a specialist in LGBTQ+ issues, healing from trauma, religious trauma, and men's issues. I hold an MA from Antioch University Los Angeles, with an LGBTQ+ Affirmative concentration. I take a holistic approach that is tailored to the specific needs of each client, incorporating CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR. You will take the lead as we explore your inner world, with me by your side to help make sense of it all. My room is a safe haven of non-judgment and deep compassion. Together, we will reinforce your self-compassion to help you manage anxiety and depression, and heal from past trauma. I believe all my clients are capable of doing hard things. Individuals, couples, and families - through our work together, you will get to know yourself again. I offer in-person meetings on the West Side, as well as telehealth for clients throughout all of California. I am currently working under the supervision of Jason Murphy.
