With this foundation, we’ll develop a treatment plan personalized to you. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and PTSD, including sexual trauma and combat. I’ve worked at the National Center for PTSD and a trauma specialty clinic and offer a variety of different therapies. These include gold-standard PTSD treatments like Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, as well as meditation-based approaches. I’m also ABPP board-certified in Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) Therapy and offer treatments for anger management, anxiety, depression, and stress. I offer evidence-based treatments, which are time-limited, skills-focused treatments which both research and my own experience show can help you feel better and make the kind of changes you want to make in your life.
