Phoenix Jasmine

Phoenix Jasmine is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with adolescents and young adults. She completed her undergraduate studies at Biola University and earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant University. She has served in agencies, non-profit organizations, and a group practice. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a treatment designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. Currently, Phoenix provides therapy services at her Carlsbad office and at Santa Fe Christian School in Solana Beach. In her practice, Phoenix focuses on helping her clients navigate change and stressors, find healing, develop effective coping strategies, and build meaningful relationships. She approaches her clients with a balance of directness, compassion, understanding, warmth, and humor. Phoenix is particularly passionate about supporting parents in leading their children with confidence and fostering strong, healthy family units. Outside of her professional life, Phoenix enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their Labradoodle mix, Okie. She and her husband enjoy trying new restaurants, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with friends. ______ Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming and intimidating process.
