Introduction

In today’s world there is a great deal of pressure to be perfect. Because of this, it is sometimes easy to feel as if we are failing miserably while everyone else has life pulled together. We spend so much time taking care of everyone around us that we forget to take care of ourselves. With a deep and heartfelt compassion for those I serve, my aim is to help create an environment in which healing and insight can take place. Oftentimes the hardest first step is to reach out for help. Whether you are looking for extra support during a challenging time or wanting a change, I’d love to support you along the way. As a Certified Trauma Informed Care Counselor, I do a great deal of work with grief and loss, attachment trauma and traumas sustained in early childhood and adolescence. I am also trained in Hypnotherapy and EMDR which has been successful in treating anxiety, depression, phobias and addictions as well as feelings left from traumatic events. If you are living in survival mode while going through the motions of everyday life and are unsure of the path ahead, please know that help is available. Evening appointments are available for client convenience.
