I have had the privilege of working in many areas of the mental health field over the last 15 years, and this has shown me that people have the ability to heal given the right tools. I have experience with anxiety, depression, anger management and PTSD. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am empathetic and genuine in my approach, as I believe it’s important to feel both accepted and heard by your therapist. I employ a straightforward style but like to incorporate humor as well. Change is always possible, but it is difficult.
