My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. With specialized experience in working with college and graduate students, as well as with women’s issues, including perinatal mental health and intimate partner violence, I understand the unique pressures and transitions you may be facing. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, free of judgment. My approach is collaborative, focusing on helping you gain insight and develop practical strategies for personal growth in a way that feels authentic to you. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to create positive change.
