Introduction

Taking the first step toward change takes courage, and I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s work together to help you embrace a new mindset and explore what’s possible for your best self. My name is Porsché, and I’m a licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a passion for empowering people to live their fullest, most authentic lives. I’ve been a National Certified Counselor since 2016 and bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the work I do. Over the years, I’ve focused on supporting Black and Hispanic communities, working with individuals managing stress, handling anger issues, navigating Substance Use Disorders (SUDs), and fulfilling court mandates. I also specialize in helping women who juggle the demands of corporate life while facing stress and anxiety. Whether through evaluations, psychoeducation, group sessions, or one-on-one therapy, I strive to meet my clients where they are and foster meaningful growth. In our work together, we’ll create a collaborative relationship built on trust and understanding. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapy techniques, tailored to your unique goals and life experiences. This is a no-judgment zone—a space where you can show up exactly as you are, with all your thoughts, feelings, and dreams, and explore how to live the life you truly deserve. Let’s start the conversation today. Your journey to wellness and transformation is worth it!
