Introduction

Hello! My name is Jen, and I am deeply committed to honoring the individuality of each client I have the privilege of working with. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where clients can heal and grow by sharing their stories, feeling seen and heard, and engaging in the therapeutic process at their own pace. I recognize that the reasons for seeking therapy, whether individually or as a couple, are as unique as each person and their story. With this understanding, I employ an eclectic approach to therapy, helping clients navigate various stages and challenges to feel empowered and fully experience life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering online therapy for individuals and couples. Utilizing an eclectic approach with various treatment modalities, I help clients process their current situations and heal from past experiences. Additionally, I work with couples to rebuild relationships, identify cycles of conflict, and enhance communication.
