Introduction

Quenetta is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Life Map Coach, and Qualified Clinical Supervisor with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s many challenges. She has worked in a variety of settings including colleges, family therapy programs, private practice, substance use recovery, and community mental health. She served as a Director of Counseling Services for over 3 years in higher education and currently teaches graduate counseling students as an adjunct professor. Quenetta became a Clinical Supervisor because she loves mentoring new counselors and sharing what she’s learned over the years. She also believes strongly in doing her own personal and professional growth work—because we all benefit from having support. Quenetta is originally from North Carolina and followed her lifelong dream of becoming a counselor in her late 20s. She sees counseling as a way to help people find support, direction, and healing during tough times or big transitions. She truly considers it a privilege to walk with people on their journey to feeling better and creating a more fulfilling life. Through her practice, Mindfully We Elevate, Quenetta offers online counseling and coaching to individuals and groups. She takes a personalized, down-to-earth approach—collaborating with you to focus on what matters most to you. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next step—whether because of anxiety, depression, grief, or life changes—you’re in the right place.
