Introduction

You've struggled for years to make sense of why you don't quite fit into your family, peer groups, or social norms. You and your partner love each other deeply but cannot stop triggering each other due to past trauma or neurotype differences. You feel like you've never had a healthy romantic relationship no matter how hard you try. You're stuck in your head, and you struggle to feel your feelings and shift your emotional patterns. If that sounds familiar, I have expertise working with clients just like you. Together, we can help you find your path back towards healing, connection, and authenticity. Building healthy relationships with others depends on us having a healthy relationship with ourselves. I use Internal Family Systems and EMDR to help neurodivergent adults, queer folks, and CPTSD survivors build life affirming relationships to themselves and the important people in their lives. I see both couples and individuals. As a queer, neurodivergent clinician who specializes in healing attachment trauma, I understand what it's like to struggle with healthy relationships and self-compassion when you fall outside the "norm." Self-compassion and loving relationships are possible. Let's work together to help you find your way back to love.
