Stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, depression, and grief are a few of the common concerns present today. Because of my past experience working as a caregiver who cared for people on hospice, as well as people diagnosed with Dementia, I understand the importance of my clients feeling heard, seen, valued, respected, encouraged, and supported during difficult times. The modalities I use include CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Christian-based, Positive psychology, SFBT, Strength-based, and REBT, as I strive to integrate a spiritual and holistic aspect into my practice. The populations I work with include children ages 6-12, adolescents ages 13-17, and adults ages 18+. Some concerns I provide services for are anxiety, stress, self-esteem, depression, and grief. I believe you're the expert of your life and I’m a resource to help you achieve greater mental health and quality of life. My goal is for you to walk away with tools to cope with different life events & stressors, and a healthier perspective of yourself & your lives. I believe people are capable of extraordinary things, especially when we open our hearts to having someone present throughout the journey to self-improvement. I genuinely care for people and consider myself as a compassionate listening ear for those who need someone to process with, help to educate, and to be their cheerleader as they’re taking steps towards healing & wholeness. Know that I'm here for you when you're ready.
