Introduction

Hi there, I’m Rachael (she/her), owner of Satya Relational Therapy, PLLC! I work with individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges. As a therapist, my first priority is to build authentic connection and create a non-judgmental space where clients can show up vulnerably and courageously. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a bit of humor to sessions, tailoring my approach to each client’s needs while grounding my work in social justice and systemic perspectives. I have experience working with couples in navigating various sources of disconnection, infidelity, premarital counseling and parenting concerns. I've witnessed my clients uncover a renewed sense of understanding, vulnerability, and collaboration through the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy. In my work with individuals, I approach therapy through an integrative lens and adapt my approach to meet specific clients needs. I gravitate towards Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment-based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, life transitions, and trauma. Additionally, I have experience working with adolescents struggling with eating disorders and their family, both in a Partial Hospitalization Program and outpatient setting. I maintain a Health at Every Size stance and am trained in Family-Based Treatment. I know it’s tough to get a sense of someone from a short bio online, so feel free to reach out for a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Rachael is a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, Supervised by: Robyn Flores, Ph.D., LMFT-S, LPC.
