Introduction

I work with my clients to explore the messages, experiences and stories that form your self identity. Some of these messages, experiences and stories are no longer serving you and impact our ability to step into your truest self- we'll work to dismantle those while rewriting a more fluid and authentic narrative that allows for a deeper level of authenticity and connection within yourself and within relationships. I work with individuals, intimate partnerships and families to navigate life's challenges, process past experiences, move through stuck points and form new ways of interacting. I have experience in working within an adolescent eating disorder partial hospitalization program within a family based treatment (FBT) orientation. A positive therapeutic alliance (AKA "liking your therapist") is one of the most importance components for therapeutic success. I would love to get the opportunity to hear a bit about you and see if we could be a good fit. Please schedule a 20-minute free consultation or email me with any questions you may have.
