Rachael is a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds certifications as a certified clinical trauma professional level 2 (CCTP-II) and certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC). She specializes in working with trauma and addictions and also offers support for other common challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship/attachment concerns, life stressors, perinatal concerns, and struggles with self-esteem and identity. Rachael is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
